Error Code and Logging In after Redsec Update

Has anyone had this issue with their sons or kid wanting to play Battlefield 6 after the update? I allowed him to play when the game first came out and now he is getting this error code. I can play fine under my account.

Yes, I’m still having the same issue. I could log into my account fine but when it comes to his even after changing my Mac address, I’m getting the same code.

Multiple people having the same issue. They need to resolve this. Unacceptable at this point.
