False Ban
I have been banned since 4.29 - submitted an appeal on 5.3. Radio silence. I paid $70 to get banned for seemingly no reason. Is there a way to talk to a real person rather than all the AI bots/responses?

I appreciate the reply. Just a frustrating experience. I have zero penalty history, no warning or notification on the ban. Can you shed some light on that?
