False Permanent Ban by EA Anti-Cheat – Net Café Shared PC (Need Manual Review)

Hello EA team,

My Battlefield account has been permanently disabled due to “violation of EA’s User Agreement.” However, this is a false positive. I was playing from a net café / shared PC, and many different players use the same computers and network every day.

I have never used any cheats, third-party software, or exploit tools — not even overlays or macros. I believe the EA Anti-Cheat system may have automatically flagged the account because of another player who previously used the same device or network at the café.

Please review this case manually. This is my only account, I’ve invested time and money in the game, and I simply want to continue playing fairly.

Details:

– Game: Battlefield 6

– Platform: PC

– Environment: Public Net Café (shared IP and devices)

– Ban type: Permanent, automatic by EA Anti-Cheat

– Date of issue: [5/ 11 2025]

I kindly ask for a manual review to verify there were no unfair actions from my side.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Please flag this post for EA TOS or Anti-Cheat review team.

  • EA really needs to look into this issue. Many players are facing the same problem being unfairly banned by the anti-cheat system, especially those playing from shared networks or public PCs. This is unacceptable for a game that costs €70. Players who paid full price deserve proper support and a fair review process. Please prioritize this case and others like it — it’s clearly affecting honest players.
