Fell through the map!

I was on Liberation Peak (Breakthrough) attacking the 2nd sector (B)i n the IFV when the IFV fell through the map on the middle of the B point I have never had this happen in 262 hours of playing BF6! Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes over a dozen times. I tried doing this at work and all it did was smash my nose when I hit the floor.
