Fire rate changing to single fire on Redsec

I have been having this issue since Redsec launched where my guns will suddenly change to single fire mid fire fight. I am on Xbox and I use a controller. I unmapped the button that switches the fire mode and that didn't work. Any chance this will get fixed soon?
