Flick look bugged on Jets

When you go into "EDIT CONTROLLER SCHEMES" under the "Aircraft Control" settings it states you can set up flick look in the "Aircraft Pilot Control Mapping" but it doesn't exist there. There is also no "look backward" setting. This makes dogfighting particularly difficult.
