Network Disconnected Error

When launching the game and trying to connect with the EA servers while on my wifi (EDUROAM), I get a Network Disconnected error (photo attached). I launched the game using both a hotspot and a VPN, and I was able to connect fine. My wifi also works with everything else, no issues at all. Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening? I tried setting up some firewall exceptions, but still, nothing.
