FPS are really low.

In the Attached snip the GPU is high but the CPU always is in the 40-50 range.

I put every setting on low and still runs really poorly. I can't use frame generation it adds too much latency (i play with overclocked controllers this makes it unplayable) .

DLSS is on and NVIDIA REFLEX is enabled.

  • My game also doesn't run great. Ryzen 9 5900x and RTX3080, 32G RAM, I'm getting a weird jittery feeling, like Freesync or Gsync isn't working. I also get low FPS in CPU intensive situation like a crowded area of the map...

  • I have the same issue gpu usage 100% cpu about 40%

Fps drop to 50 on cpu area

Had the same issue, 5900x, 3080, 32Gb 3200 RAM. ~70 fps with a lot of stutter/jitter. Seem to have alleviated the issue somewhat. run on all low to isolate, then confirm its not a VRAM issue. Closed all background apps. Nothing. Biggest fix came from using DDU to wipe my GPU drivers. Then reinstalled using NVCleanstall to get the bare minimum required software. Installed latest chipset drivers as well. Afterwards my experience was much more playable, though some maps/modes still drop me to around 80 fps, the 80 fps feels much less choppy than pre-reinstall.
