FPS Capped at 60fps after new AMD driver update?

Hey guys, updated my GPU drivers from 25.10.1 to 25.10.2 yesterday, all was running fine before I upgraded (getting 140+ fps on all maps), but then after updating my FPS is suddenly capped at 60fps regardless of map and doesn't go above 60 AT ALL.

I even tried rolling back drivers and that didn;t work well - my AMD Adrenalin app didnt load and now I'm really confused on what to do.

Is anyone else having this issue?

(I have a Ryzen 7 7800x3d and a RX 7900xt)
