Fps drops

I've been experiencing huge fps drops in bf6, it only happens in EA games, launching it through EA app, same with FC26. When fps drops CPU ussage jumps up to 100%. Any ideas whats going on?
Pc specs:
CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
Memory 32gb

EA overlay is on and off 
Deleting Multiplayer HD texture add on
Downgrading drivers
