Frame rate drops over time leading to stuttering
When playing an online match, FPS begins at a steady 290-300 FPS and runs amazingly. As the game goes on (typically after the first match concludes and the next begins), frame rate drops to ~120 FPS with random spikes back up to normal. This frame rate begins to go down throughout the course of the match bottoming out anywhere from 60-80 FPS. Normally this would seem ideal, but once behavior starts, it is accompanied by mild to severe stuttering and input lag that renders the match unplayable. It feels like a 20 FPS experience despite 60-80 being reported. GPU and CPU temps are nominal the entire time. No log entries of my system throttling performance at all. GPU up to date. BIOS using latest firmware. All overlays disabled. Have tried several combinations of settings involving DLSS, V sync, frame cap, monitor refresh rate changes to sync with lower FPS, used the classic USER.CFG file trick that sets cores - no improvements. The only thing that seems to fix this behavior is quitting the program and relaunching it into a new match where I can enjoy the first match before the cycle repeats.
This issue is being reported and upvoted ALL OVER THE INTERNET. It is unbelievable to me that this hasn't made it to EA's known issues list. I never posted a technical problem for a game on a forum before, but I felt obligated to step up and get this on the radar because It is ruining an otherwise awesome experience.
