Freezing on Xbox

Community ManagerHi there. Let's see if some troubleshooting will help.
Do you happen to have the game installed on an external or expansion hard drive? If so, try moving it to the internal drive. Or if it's on the internal drive, and you have an expansion card, install it to the card instead.
Also, you can try clearing the personal saved data with these steps:
- Hit the Guide button on your controller
- Highlight the BF6 icon
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
- Choose Manage game & add ons
- Go to Saved data
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it
If that doesn't help, there's always deleting and reinstalling. Give these a shot and let me know what happens. Thanks!
