I have a ps5, same issue is on going but with casual breath through and guanlet. I have restarted my Internet, contacted ISP to see if there is any issue, restarted my console, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it's still happening. I've added a picture of the error

Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. Could you try restoring the license?
You could also try adjusting your network settings:
- Change the Wi-Fi frequency band from Automatic to 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz
- Change your DNS settings to Manual, then enter 1.1.1.1 as the primary DNS and 1.0.0.1 as the secondary DNS
