FSR Frame Gen not working after minimalising game

After i minimalise and maximalize game my fps drops from ~~220 to ~~120 on 9070xt 9080x3d 32gb ram Win11 and i need to turn off frame gen option and turn on again...

Same on fullscreen and borderless. I have FSR 4 enabled

For anyone still having issues with crashing, check this out.
This solved all my crashing. It wasn't anticheat. It wasnt a bad code in the game. It wasn't overlays or graphics drivers.
