Game Constantly Crashing

Here are my specs:

RTX 3070 

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core

16GB RAM

Since the latest patch update my game has been every other match that I'm in. How do I fix it?

I tried the basics already I need something more in depth on what I need to do.
