Game Crashes After 10-20 Minutes Of Play

Every time I play the game, after 10 to 20 minutes, the game closes without any error message.
With patch 1.3.1.5, this issue has gone even worse, with the game closing after about 5 minutes.

From the crash dumps generated, the issue would be due to an INVALID_POINTER_READ_c0000005_bf6.exe!Unknown

Feel free to contact me if you need more information.

Attachment contains the computer DxDiag and a zip file with 2 of the most recent crash dumps.

We had this problem after the last season start as well. All is fine then pc restarts with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xA) I have bios up to date and dropped back to a previous Nvidia driver with the same issue happening.

I  know itll be asked for DXDIAG is attached. Any assistance would be appreciated.

FIX for Hard System Freezes / Lockups in Season 3 (AMD Ryzen 9000X3D + RTX 5000)

If your game freezes randomly in the main menu or exactly when loading the next map, here is the exact combination that 100% fixed it for my Ryzen 7 9850X3D + RTX 5080 system:

    1. USB Power Management (Crucial for AMD X870E/Zen 5):
    - Open Windows, Edit Power Plan -> Change advanced power settings.
    - Expand USB settings -> USB selective suspend setting.
    - Change it to Disabled. Click Apply.

    2. Fast Startup (Windows):
    - Open Control Panel -> Power Options -> Choose what the power buttons do.
    - Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
    - Uncheck Turn on fast startup. Save changes and restart your PC.

    3. NVIDIA App / Control Panel:
    - Turn OFF the In-Game Overlay, Filters, and Photo Mode.
    - Go to the Graphics tab -> select Battlefield.
    - Enable Max Frame Rate and cap your FPS strictly to your monitor's refresh rate (e.g., 144 or 240). This prevents power spikes during map loading screens.
    - Ensure RTX HDR / RTX Dynamic Vibrance is set to Global/Off.

    4. Windows Security & DX12:
    - Add bf6.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe to Windows Exploit Protection exceptions and disable Control Flow Guard (CFG) for both.
    - Clear the DirectX Shader Cache using the Windows Disk Cleanup tool.

Tested for several hours, zero freezes since applying these steps. Hope this helps!

same here.  Tried everything to fix it. They seem to be ignoring it.  Its unplayable at the moment and spent good money on PRO which is being wasted
