This has happened to me about 5 or 6 times so far since the last update, I know it has done the same thing to a couple of my friends as well.
When trying to exit a game before the game ends, I am faced with a black screen, the game will not fully exit the game I am currently in. I have to control alt delete to close the game and then open it back up. I do not get any errors, it is the game just froze during the exit.
I do not have this issue when the game ends and I exit during the awards screen.

It looks like these black screen issues may be happening during match exit or when transitioning into the next game, rather than during initial launch. We’ll make sure that’s noted.
If you’re affected, it would be really helpful to know exactly when it happens on your side — for example:
- When leaving a match early
- After the round fully ends
- While loading into the next match
- Whether restarting the game is the only workaround for you
