game crashes to desktop no error

Ive been encountering a recurring issue with redsec and occasionally MP.  The game crashes either when selecting operators or when the timer hits 0 and the match begins. there are no error messages, no crash dump just a sudden closure of the game that throws me back to the desktop. currently I run the game through the ea app. So far ive tried

 disabling xmp

lowering the performance core ratio of my cpu

updating bios and drivers

scan and repair game and anti cheat 

my specs are

intel core i914900k

RTX 4090

64GB ddr5 

m.2 ssd
