Game crashes when reporting cheating players

i am now reporting a pc crash with reporting possible game cheats. I know the dif with upload speeds and ability. Im no slacker. I have recently exp reporting  people and having game freeze after report or no longer being able to rejoin the lobby. it feels off!!
