Game Freezes. No Blue Screen, No Crash to Desktop, No DirectX Error.

My girlfriend has been having issues with BF6. I built us computers right before the bf6 beta and we played have played a lot since. We were both getting DirectX Errors for a long time, but that stopped. I rarely crash, but she gets a weird crash where her game freezes, but the PC doesn't blue screen, she doesn't get booted to the desktop or get a DirectX error. The game freezes and she can still hear and talk in discord. She can't alt tab or ctrl alt del to close the game. She is forced to turn her PC off with the button. Anyone else having this issue? I haven't been able to find it anywhere and I'm at a loss tbh.
