Game is unplayable due to constant rubberbanding (Xbox)

Ever since the Season 3 update, every single match I've played is awful due to constant lag and rubberbanding. I have fiber internet and I'm hardwired. This is the only game that is happens to me on....

I've tried it all. I'll boot up a different game just to make sure and everything runs smoothly but for some reason, I have constant networking issues with Battlefield 6.
