Delta time

So I run with the net gragh damage gragh and event gragh up now and it's constantly showing 2 bullets hitting me and doing damage at the exact same Ms and while this is happening btw it's showing up on the Delta time as the exact same Delta time for multiple bullets every time this happens in dead before I even have time to peak around a corner so I'd like to know if this is normal or something that is not right cause it's crazy it's like the game is fast forwarding me for the other players before I even make the move myself which just feels wrong I shoot and die before my bullets even register when on my end I shot first for a couple full secs and then I'm just dead and it's crazy cause I haven't even been peaking long enough sometimes for the ttd to even apply so is it just guessing on the other peoples screen what I might do and just apply it to me and I do have a solid ping of 34 to 36 for LAT, 30 TO 33 ALAT, TN 16 TO 17 0 PL IN, 0 PL OUT, BW IN 540, BW OUT 62 , SFT 7 TO 9 IS THIS GOOD OR IS SOMETHING WRONG ON MY END IM ON XBOX X WITH 1000 MBS CABLE INTERNET CAT 6 FROM ROUTER TO XBOX AND EVERYTHING I CAN DO TO KEEP A LOW LATENCY
