Game is uplayable due to high CPU usage and packet loss

Game is uplayable due to it running my cpu at 98 to 100 % at almost all times and then it gives me the orange circle when that happens i get like 20 to 30 fps often on a ryzen 5 2600 and it works great in battlefield 2042 i cant but a product that is so poorly optimized for older systems that the most  recent cpus on the market i go to aim and it takes an extra 2 seconds in a competitive title and then same issue with firing at them takes way too long to start shooting after i press the button there is very noticible lag i left a review on steam saying its a bad product to buy thats barely finished
