Game isn't letting me play it's online features

When i go to play just simple breakthrough it says it requires bf6 to be purchased well i pre order the game and got the phantom edition. So I've checked to make sure it's fully installed and it has I've tried to re purchased the phantom edition and it just gives me a error unknown message. Can someone help?
