Game stutters

I wasn’t having any problems with BF6 a few months ago but ever since the frost update and new map my game stutters every other second making the game unplayable. 
I have a 1gig internet wired, a Ryzen 9 5950x, A Rtx 4060ti, 32 GB ram so I shouldn’t be having any issues on my end. 
I’ve tried reinstalling, checking game files, I even did a full pc wipe and I’m still having issues.
