Question

I bought this game for my nephew through the Playstation store. Everytime we have tried to open the game it gives us the same error, and he hasnt been able to play it once. We have tried every single supposed fix and troubleshooting on the forum as well as Google for both the Playstation itself and the modem/router.&nbsp; I have tried opening multiple tickets with EA but when I go back to check it shows I have no open tickets. Getting to the point I almost just want a refund.

Same thing is happening to me, couldn’t play during beta and can’t play now. My connection is good enough to run any other game but now all battlefields are kaput
