I got the exact same "ban" as you on the 18th right after I stopped playing during the evening. Was going to hop on and play a few matches before bedtime on the 19th. But I noticed that the game took a while to start compare to the usual and when the game started it said that I got perma banned because my account has violated EA's user agreement.
I didn't have the same problem as you while running the game though. Everything was running smoothly. Submitted an appeal yesterday and am now waiting for an answer to why they wrongly banned me.
Please notify my about your results because the appeal that i made was short like i said "I was running ons and other overlays in the background after starting a game i got hit with the ban" i wish i could re'edit it but i guess if it aint gonna work i will just buy another pc.
Mine was transferred yesterday I believe, I also downloaded my data from them and checked it through that, it says competitive advantage on there but gameplay enhancement on the website? I wish I was more detailed in my appeal tbh lol, will keep you informed when they deny my request lol

Got a reply today almost a week after I got banned. The appeal got denied probably without even taking the time to look into the case. Because if they have actually done it, they would have seen that I haven't cheated looking a my stats and gameplay. And that it's probably something else that is triggering the anti-cheat. The message (In the picture below) was probably autogenerated, either it was a bot or a lazy person in support.
I downloaded my data from my account as well. And what I understand from the so called "data". Javelin has been tagging me as suspicous cheater since the beta. Like what!? The beta started on the 9th and it tagged me on the 9th. I didn't have access to early access which started on the 7th. Probably a legit program on my computer that is triggering their anti-cheat. Don't know which one though. Maybe other anti-cheat programs that uses kernal anti-cheats like vanguard, I don't know. I've reappealed and waiting for an actually support o help me. This is actually stupid.
