Everytime I check on my open case, the status keeps saying new and updates the date and time. im convinced everytime I go to check on it, it gets pushed back like a "brand new appeal"

    Mine did the same for a bit too, it must just get bounced around to different people a few times before it goes to the people who investigate, then bounces round a bit more
