Same here, I was also banned on the 20th of October for "gameplay enhancement". Suspecting it might be a false positive and have to do with any one of the applications I have running in the background while playing. Ridiculous that they coulnd't just force you to shut down whatever service they believe is nefarious instead of instantly issuing a permanent ban... I believe the biggest culprit which I had running on the day I got banned is the Faceit anticheat client.
Here are the apps I usually have going in the background (Geforce, Discord, Translucent Taskbar, Wallpaper engine, Rivatuner, Soundswitcher, Ableton Live Enhancer, FanControler, Plex, MSI Afterburner etc.)
