Sad to be here but at least other users are experiencing the same issues. 

Only thing I could think that I was using that could contribute to it is "Overlclocking" my controller on my PC. i.e Changing the bit interval to 1 so less response time. 
This is used in the competitve scene in every game played on PC & Controller so suprised to see I got a ban because of it.
