Gameplay Enhancement?!?!?

I was met with a 6 day suspension today for "Gameplay Enhancement". 

I've played BF on EA since 2016. I have never been suspended for anything other than the occasional toxicity, I'll admit to that, but I don't appeal toxicity suspensions. But banning me for gameplay enhancements? I snipe on Breakthrough. I play ultra safe. I usually end the game with a score line in the ballpark of 50-5, sometimes better if the game plays out long enough. 

I don't know what they're considered gameplay enhancement, is it my gun? Is it my settings? I don't use anything special. I boot the game up, tweak my settings to my PCs parameters, and play the game. That's it. I use a mini scout with a 6x thermal, grip, range finder, and suppressor. What about this is considered gameplay enhancement?! I have the normal background programs running. Steam, discord, Riot Vanguard (League of Legends Anti-Cheat), Logitech G-Hub, and Spotify. 

I'm considered getting my money back. I paid for this game. I play it within the parameters that EA gives us. Why am I being punished for this?
