this seems to be a anti cheat problem 

The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

EAAntiCheatService
ExitType: 95 (271)

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

So i was going to post my own but cant yet so ill comment here. This is the only game I have played ever on my PC that receives a DirectX12 error in the game. Redid drivers, verified game files etc. I finally figured out what's doing it and from what I've read has been a problem before in another BF game but its the engineer class personally. If I run that class at all in game it will cause the DirectX error. No other class causes this and nothing else closes out the game other than running engineer. Hope this helps, also running through steam.
