getting ddosed by a hacker

hello. I recently have been getting stalked by some puny hacker. I think they're mad that i whooped them in a match. It started when they tried to corrupt my files and delete all my saved multiplayer data. Thankfully I was able to recover them, with a simple re-install. Now whenever I'm online for longer than an hour. this mf will not let me play. keeps on tapping into my connection and ddosing me. I don't know what to do. 

Anyone have any advice?
