Global Game Quota Exceeded

Hello hello, EA and that moderator watching over the BF6 Steam thread.
I know you banned me permanently on Steam for asking to fix this s...stuff over and over again (plus pointing out/mocking a few xenophobes, you didnt ban em tho), but here I am.
Asking to FIX THIS S...Bug.

Because you stated that EVERYONE would have the option to have their own Portal persistent server. You didn’t mention it’s actually just a chance to have one lol.
Now, after two days of trying to host it and getting the "Global Game Quota Exceeded" error, I finally managed to create it. And guess what? Now I CAN’T EVEN ENTER my persistent server because of the same "Global Game Quota Exceeded" error.
Funny? Obviously. As for Phantom Edition owner definitely. 

So yeah, I’m summoning you to actually fulfill your marketing statement (or hook, whatever you call it) and deliver access to our own servers. Otherwise... why the hell even promise it?
