Account Disabled

Good morning/afternoon/evening,

I was recently playing through BF6 with little to no issues. Made it through the entire campaign and then started my multiplayer journey reaching level 14. I was in a match around 4:15pm CST on 10-11-2025 and then notice that I was going to be late for my sons hair appointment so I quickly grabbed him and left my house. Which in turn had to AFK the last portion of that Attack and Defend match. When I returned about an hour later I got a message from EA saying my account has been disabled due to violations of the EA's User Agreement. So I then went to log into my EA account and went to my penalties and there is nothing there saying I was in breach of the User Agreement with any logs and what caused the breach. I also checked 'My Penalties' and haven't received any penalty for such behavior. I then filed an appeal ticket and submitted numerous times hoping that one of those times I will get some sort of notification that my appeal has been submitted but nothing. I've received no comms from EA regarding this situation and coming here to maybe get in touch with someone who may assist me on trying to figure out why my account got disabled because I took my son to get his hair cut. Even after reviewing the EA's User Agreement I have to be served 30 days prior to this action being taken (Section 8) and I haven't received anything on why my account got disabled. Hoping making a post here may get some additional eyes on this situation because I do believe that this was a mistake on EA's team and they will find the evidence if they actually review my activity logs (via Splunk). I believe when they 'revamped' their User Agreement they add automated tasks to do this automatically and send to their internal analyst to review the activity but I haven't heard anything. There was no warning, no communication from the EA team, nothing just a perma ban from what it appears... kinda crazy

  • I've been hoping this was a temporary ban or something since I AFK'd in one match but it's been nearly 72 hours with no word from EA.

    Following the steps on that link I was able to submit it under the topic 'Game Rules'. However, if I switch that topic to 'Submit an Appeal' it won't submit the form. It just stays on the same page. I did the standard clear you cache change browser everything and still the same thing happens when submitting it as a guest.

    Even if you try to fill the form as "guest"? Everyone had the option - "contact us by email" in bottom of page. But only if you fill form as guest.

    Yeah I couldn't get passed the submission form even tried to detach my screenshot and everything still wouldn't submit it unless it was under the topic 'Game Rules' when I submitted under that topic I seen the contact us by email option. So hopefully they can reroute to an appeal.

    I am in the same boat as you I spoke to live chat and apparently they see something on their end even though it shows absolutely nothing on ours. I have no clue what’s going on, but I am honestly getting upset about it as well. That’s $100. I spent on the game that I couldn’t even utilize 24 hours out of This is insane. The fact that none of the support is helping with this or even concerned about this I wonder if there’s any legal actions that can be taken

    Mind you the representative that I spoke to isn’t even able to see what it’s for or do anything with it so it was a waste of time to contact them

    Per there User Agreement they are required to provide a 30 day notice prior to taking a banning action... just sayin
