Gpu usage suddenly drops

Hello. After launch everything was working great, i had 160+ fps on ultra with my setup.
After the second latest update I noticed that sometimes in bigger maps, my Gpu mHz suddenly drops to around 1400 insted of 3000, also with this the fps drops. It's very noticable and it's bugging me.
Before the updates everything was working great.
In other games there are no problems like this.
All temps are fine! 60° max.

Gpu : 9070 XT
Cpu: Ryzen 9 9900x
32GB DDR 5 ram.
