I play Battlefield 6 on Xbox Series X and I’m experiencing graphical artifacts — specifically black squares, but only in this game. I’ve already tried everything: disabling 120Hz, VRR, and HDR, reinstalling the game, resetting the console to factory settings, clearing the console cache, and even lowering the resolution to 1080p. Can I get any help from the support
Same on ps5. Small Smoke and particles make black squares just like that. Also sometimes the sky box will do the same. And random red glowing dots on walls.
Yes ,but battlefield 6 i play only on console , when I play on pc on this tv there is no issue . I was disable hdr and vrr in tv and console , and set a console 60hz and 1080p , and still was issue on battlefield
I was played Cod few weeks ago and was fine , I go get now and see a Halo and Forza
Community ManagerDo you happen to have CoD, Halo Infinite or Forza Horizon 5? Those can be pretty demanding games so it would be good to see if there are any issues with them as well.

So i used my pc hdmi 8k cable on xbox and diffrent tv hdmi port , and issue is still there
Hello , use the original Xbox cable, my console is clean and quiet and definitely not overheating. The issue doesn’t occur in other games. I uninstalled the HD texture pack, but that didn’t help either. I play Kingdom Come deliverence 2 and Arc raiders no issues. My tv is oled LG c4. I have this problem with battlefield 6 from last 4 or 5 weeks before was fine
Community ManagerHey there. Thanks for reaching out. Appreciate you gathering the videos too. Have you tried a different HDMI cable? You also could try using a different HDMI port if you're sure the cable is ok.
It's also possible there's a hardware issue with your console that is causing overheating. Make sure the vents are free of debris and your Xbox is in a well ventilated area.
What other games have you tried so far?
