GUI Menu PC

When trying to browse game modes, the graphic scrolling effect locks out the option to select any game mode, and they all appear faded out as unselected.

Using arrow key shows outlines the graphic boxes but when hitting "browse lobby" on what appears selected or using "enter" goes to random game mode.

Left menu, using up, down mouse wheel works, but then when moving cursor over game mode graphic boxes it freaks out and cycles to top option on left making any game mode unclickable.
