Yeah same here. I have an early edition of the Series X and I crash usually every other game at least. Hard freeze before returning to home screen or sometimes it shuts my xbox off completely. Tried uninstall/reinstall, clearing cache, removed HD textures, cleaned the console, hard wired, etc
Yeah, its ridiculous to me that this has never even been slightly acknowledged with how many times ive seen people complaining about it. I dont know why im surprised though, this is exactly the kind of issue i see EA sweeping under the rug. Especially after being told by support nothing can be done.
