Hard Dashboard Crashes

Hello everyone,

Pre-ordered games since it came launched 2 days before my birthday and this is what I wanted to do is play and it worked for the first 3 days maybe just fine server drops but okay. NOW It will not stop hard crashing back to Dashboard starting up or I can maybe get 3 minutes of game time. THIS game even crashes of i am scrolling the main menu. I can't get my money back is there any fix coming before I physically crash out? it is really annoying, and it feels like EA robbed me for a game I cannot play.
