Has the update nerfed movement?

The update seems to have either intentionally or otherwise nerfed movement. Momentum does not seems to carry as well and accuracy after jumping is back to pre patch levels. Soldier also seems slower to accelerate. People also seem to be flocking to meta weapons more than ever as if they are also struggling post patch. Netcode has also gone downhill since the update with TTD becoming even quicker and the PC/Console desync even worse. For my playstyle the game has became near unplayable overnight. I am not the only player noticing these changes to movement so something has changed
