Help

I have been having issues with BF6 through steam. I would load up and see a blue radar stuck to the right side of my screen. I took a screen shot, and it didn't show. Only I could see it, so I uninstalled and let it rest for 2 days. I installed it this morning, and now it won't load past the EA splash screen. I have tried to do my own research and have tried a few things myself. I have verified the files on Steam, reset the PC, and repaired the EA anti cheat. I uninstalled the anti-cheat, and now I cannot seem to be able to reinstall the anti-cheat. It says there is a network issue halfway into downloading the launcher from the EA website. I just wanna play BF6 and get shot at a lot. Can someone help me?
