High Packet Loss OUT

Hi, I started experiencing this issue for the past 1 month. Every time I start a game in the day/ night there will be huge packet loss out at around 65%-86% which makes the game unplayable and starts rubber-banding. It stays like that for around 5-10 minutes then drops down to 0%, then stays for 5 minutes and then it spikes up again. I am playing in a wired ethernet connection and I have been contacting my ISP for the past few weeks, they even enabled 1 to 1 NAT connection but still its not fixed. Is it a problem from the EAs server side, if so please fix it. This is disrupting my gameplaying and the game is unplayable at the moment. I have attached a screenshot of the packet loss. Please EA if you can fix it, that would help me play Battlefield 6 again.
