High Ping in South America. (Colombia)

No matter what I do or any of my friends do, the ping is always above 80, sometimes close to 100. Even with good intert connection, via ethernet and eveything. There is a lot of people that bought and play the game here and it is a ton of fun but the high ping can become frustraiting. We should get a server for this region of the world, because while it is not the absolute worst ping, playing in lobbies where everyone has a ping of less than 50 is not the most fun.
