High TN/slowmo/skating inconsistency issue on official servers

Randomly I will get high TN and the game will run in slowmo which is pretty much unplayable, I know others have similar with TN high either inconsistently or constantly, we meet the minimum specs but...

we figured out, at least in our case, it's just the official servers! we were able to play on community servers with a rock solid, stable TN, so if your specs should be fine try a community server - i hope they can fix the official servers though as this is an annoying and less convenient way to play the game
