I never had this issue during beta, but I had been experiencing this since release. I tried everything that had been mentioned, but I started thinking back to things that I may had changed since beta and thought to remove the router I was connected to. I had added another router to my network to mesh it with my existing to extend the Wi-Fi in my house. I didn't do any more investigating to see if it was the result of some kind of setting, but for whatever reason that added router was what was causing my issues. For clarity, I connected directly to the router via ethernet and even the router was connected directly to the main one via ethernet.
