Is anyone else missing their 5.11 Tactical Engineer skin for NATO? I have my code in my email as proof, and I even redeemed it to the account associated with it, and I still don't have it.
Please, if anyone can help, or maybe a forum dev? I can show the code from my email as proof.

We can't help with missing items here, unfortunately. However, you should be able to go to EA Help for assistance with this. If you use the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, you should be able to open a case or have a live chat.

You could also speak with 5.11, but I don't know what, if any, assistance they can offer with these codes.
I've tried to use the ea help section, but it just guides me to send an email to an advisor, in which i don't have access to the email associated i've tried to change it, but it keeps sending a change email link to the email that i dont have access too, if you have any pointers or advice?
Hello. I did purchase items from 5.11 after seeing the skin promo, and I did get the code from 5.11 to redeem, and I followed their instructions at the link provided. It said confirmed. But I cannot use the skin. I see it in the skin list for support but it is unavailable to me to use. I tried redeeming the code again but it says it has been used. I am unable to contact EA support by email for this as the chatbot told me EA advisors cannot help with this.

Ea support is no help they told me to contact 5.11 after the code was successfully redeemed on my profile but the player card didnt show up... maybe be a bug on ea end idk but doesnt seem like theres a solution currently
I personally saw the ingame message saying my code was activated and I unlocked the assault skin. Didn't unlock realistically, so I waited a day, and now it's still saying unavailable... The message in-game is also gone.
Okay I just checked and I have the engineer one, perhaps I mistook the release dates for the skins from our 5.11 order.
It's the engineer one first, the other ones come out later like the 24th or something.
I'm missing mine and spent three hours with EA and 511 yesterday trying to sort it out. Ea blaming 511 and 511 can only re provide the code I used to redeem on ea redemption. Ea support rep told me 511 had to fix it.... Like wth. Can provide screenshots of all this
Mine are still locked and I had confirmation of code activation.
Same issue. I’m told it takes 24-48 hours but its been longer than that.
