Hit Registration

I have video of me shooting 14 bullets, point blank , 3 feet away, directly at their torso and i got 2 hits.

14 latency, 0 packet loss, I gave gigabit service!

Another game, I had to hit soneone 14 times!!!! At 10 meters to kill them, I get killed in 7 or 8 hits every time!!

This has gotten so bad, the game needs to be pulled! It doesn't **bleep** work and every patch it gets worse.
