Hit Registry / Hit Detection

Hit Registry or Hit Detection whatever you prefer calling it ! Will this ever be fixed and can an EA Technician come in here and explain why and when it will or won’t get done ! I can’t keep taking 8 plus rounds to kill an enemy, I’ll admit some rounds played are better then other but for the most part hit reg is absolutely terrible and I know some have no problem with it but most do have ! 
we as consumers buying your products want answers and to stopped being ignored here in the forum , it’s just common courtesy to work with your customers !
