Horrible Customer Service
I noticed that for some reason my email address on my account has "old_" in front of it on my EA account. Example "old_email.com" instead of just "email.com". I reached out to customer support and the tech was extremely rude, clearly did not understand English, and kept asking me if I remember or understand, then just terminated the chat abruptly.

I am a fast typist. I average 90 wpm. He closed the window before I could finish my response question. We had been going around in circles for 10 minutes. His English was terrible and I am pretty sure he didn't even understand the core of my issue. He kept sending me password resets even though I was literally talking to him through my logged in account.
Is this what we get from EA for $70?
